Week 8:


This week at Pitt St. the trim carpenter hung the cabinets in the kitchen. We have 2 more that still need to be set, but it is definitely coming along. We should be laying tile in the kitchen in a week. 














We also had the old retaining wall and stairs removed. We poured the footers and will be pouring the wall and stairs any day now.

Week 7:


This week the painters came through and did the first spray for the walls and ceiling in the house. 







The Trim Carpenter finished installing the remaining trim around the windows throughout the house. 

























We will be installing the lighting, countertops, vanity's, and the cabinets next week! The house is coming along beautifully. It will be completed in a matter of weeks!!

Week 6:


This week the trim carpenter came and installed the doors and the baseboards. 
















We removed the railings on the stairs due to safety reasons. We will be installing new railings that will be stained and painted. 







Due to safety concerns we also removed the old porch railings as well. They will be replaced with new wooden ones. 







Next week we will begin painting the house. Stay tuned for more updates!! :o)

Week 5: 















WHAT AN EXCITING WEEK!! :o) 
All of the rough-in trades passed inspections and we were able to hang drywall this week!! The house is really coming along. It will not be long before the house will be completed!!!

Week 4:

 This week at Pitt St. we had the insulation company insulate the whole house. 









The electrician finished his electrical rough-in of the house. We put 5 can lights in the kitchen and a pendant light for over the island. The electric company will be putting in the electric meter on Tuesday. 





This week the plumber was able to finish his rough-in plumbing also, along with the HVAC company. 








Next week we will  be starting the Drywall process. Things will begin to pick-up at this stage and the house will be completed in no time at all!! :o)
