Week 1:
Our framers removed a foot from this existing doorway between the kitchen and dining room to allow for a better flow between the two rooms.
Our framers also raised the entrance between the dining room and the living room so that all of the doorways are the same height.
Our framers built closets in each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs.
I think the house looks great now. Once you replace the front porch railings, replace the front steps, and fix up the retaining wall it will be amazing! Keep the updates coming. I will follow your progress.
